It is recommended to the "Masses" of Afreekans struggling with addiction to Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), to attend six meetings prior to making a decision if "the program" is a useful tool to support their RE~covery. I ask that you do the same here.

Alcoholics Anonymous (A/A) and Narcotics Anonymous (N/A) are "programs" for those struggling to overcome the use of alcohol or narcotics in a way which support their destruction. I believe the "program" has been successful because it allows its members to tell THEIR STORY~ EXPERIENCES of how substances have impacted their lives. They also share THEIR STRENGTHS and HOPES for the future and support each other in achieving this as a primary purpose. This is done by BE~ing present at daily to weekly meetings, ready to listen to others and share their own E.S.H The primary objective is FREEDOM from the substance destroying their lives.

is designed as a self~help program for Folks of Afreekan Descent (FAD) to support their HEALING from the MAAFA- "the great suffering of our people at the hands of Europeans in the Western Hemisphere” (Ani, 1997, p. xxi).

I agree with those who use the term Post~Traumatic Slavery Disorder (PTSlaveryD) to describe the resulting oppression depression depicted in the behaviors of Afreekans Home and Abroad. These behaviors are also consistent with an illness Dr. Marimba Ani terms "Cultural Aids". It is from this Cultural Aids Virus from the european (cav~e ) [people] that the emotional dis~ease of what I call Cultural Schizophrenia originates.

It is time for Afreekan Descendents to come together sharing OUR Experiences, Strengths and PLAN for RE~covery.

OUR process is focused on acknowledging the unattended emotional and therefore, behavioral wounds sustained during the terroristic process of active enslavement and colonization, active Socio/Economic/Political terror (jim crow yrs.) and the current continued terrorizing, demonizing and marginalizing of the Afreekan SPIRIT.

Trauma:

"A serious injury or shock to the body, as from violence or an accident.

An emotional wound or shock that creates substantial, lasting damage to the psychological development of a person, often leading to neurosis.

An event or situation that causes great distress and disruption."

Terrorism

"Violence or other harmful acts committed (or threatened) against civilians for political or other ideological goals"....

PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT AND/OF FEAR

Act is Perpetrated for a Political goal

Dedicated targeting of Non~Combatants

Unlawful and Illegitimacy

I see this has happened to Afreekans world wide and WE continue to experience the impact of that Trauma. It is the Trauma of white lunacy in OUR lives!
