Music is one of the tools we use in Da Recovery

Room of RACISM NON~ANONYMOUS to tell the

stories

of our experiences, strengths and plans in this

shytstem of racism/white supreme lunacy.

Healing from Traumatic Stress or, early “adverse childhood experiences” {A.C.E.}, must begin with a remembering and telling the truth about the terrible events in our lives.  This is necessary to support both restoration of social order and healing of individual victims.

For Afreekan Descendants this is a pretty tall task now in this 21st   century, post-modern culture and system.  As a group, we were used to develop the structures and sustain the livelihood, literally and figuratively, of this Nation known as the United States,

Music represents the art of sound in time and is designed to express ideas and emotions in notable forms using the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color, effectively weaving itself around the Human Spirit and Psyche. As a result, it acts as an antidote to the physical and psychological pain disorders we carry.
